Lot of people drop out of high school, college or university because they couldn’t find a reason to keep enduring all the sweat and tears they go through during school time. Graduating from high school was a big step in my life. I didn’t know what degree to pursue although I had a couple option in my mind. My only source of information was google, family and friends. I went and did some research on the degree options I had. I still wasn’t able to make up my mind. A couple years later, I ended up in civil engineering because my mother suggested that career and I found it interesting. Fast forwarding to 5 years later, I graduated and started working in this field. It wasn’t quit as I was expecting it to be. I didn’t enjoy it nor was I fulfilled. So I went into a whole different field. Lot of money and time were spent on a degree that didn’t end up being what I love doing and I wish people had a better way to experience the real environment where they get to use the degree they are going to work so hard for before invest their time, efforts and money in it.
